Real Estate CRM in India for Builders and Brokers
Every project enquiry in one place, routed to the right sales team, followed up on call or WhatsApp and moved to a site visit, at a flat price in rupees.
The short answer
What should a real estate CRM in India do?
A real estate CRM in India should collect enquiries from your project sites, ads and portals in one list, give each one to the right sales person for that project within minutes, and make sure every buyer gets a call, a WhatsApp message and a site visit. AliveCRM does this for builders and brokers, billed in rupees.
Indian property buyers enquire on several projects at once and decide fast. The team that calls back first and books the site visit usually wins. Most lost bookings come from enquiries that sat in an inbox, a portal dashboard or a WhatsApp group with no owner.
Where property enquiries come from in India
- Your project website or microsite, and landing pages for Google and Meta ads.
- Property portals such as 99acres, MagicBricks and Housing.com.
- Channel partners and brokers who pass on buyers.
- Calls from hoardings, newspaper ads and walk-ins at the site office.
How It Works
From Enquiry to Site Visit to Booking
One owner and one next step on every buyer enquiry.
Capture
One Enquiry Form per Project
Add each project to your inventory with its location, then put an enquiry form on the project page. Every lead is tagged with the project it came from. Portal leads can be added by hand or imported from a CSV file.
- Leads tagged by project
- Project location on every lead
- CSV import for portal exports

Assign
Route Each Project to Its Own Team
On Basic and above, set an auto-assignment rule per project: round-robin, least busy, random or a fixed owner. The sales team for your Whitefield project gets Whitefield enquiries, and nobody has to forward them by hand.
- Rules per project
- Four assignment modes
- Reassign by hand any time

Follow up
Call or WhatsApp in One Tap
Tap the number to call on every plan. On Advance and Premium, tap WhatsApp to open a chat with a greeting that names your company and the project. Each tap is saved to the lead's Contact History, so managers see who was contacted.
- Tap to call on every plan
- WhatsApp with project name (Advance+)
- Contact History per lead

Site visits
Book Site Visits on the Team Calendar
On Advance and Premium, add a site visit to the calendar with the time, the project location and teammates as guests. The owner and guests get an email reminder about 30 minutes before, so the site team is ready when the buyer arrives.
- Calendar with location
- Teammates added as guests
- Email reminder before the visit

Quotes
Cost Sheets and GST Quotations
On Advance and Premium, build a quotation from the lead with line items, discount and GST, download it as a PDF and convert it into an invoice when the buyer agrees. It suits brokerage, interiors and add-on charges as well as booking quotes.
- Line items, discount and GST
- PDF with your bank details
- Quote to invoice

Pricing
How much does a real estate CRM cost in India?
AliveCRM is priced per company in rupees, not per user. As listed on the pricing page in October 2026:
- Basic, ₹1,899 a month: up to 5 users, 5 projects and 5 forms, with auto-assignment, reminders and email alerts.
- Advance, ₹4,899 a month: up to 15 users and 20 projects, adding WhatsApp chat, the calendar for site visits, quotations, invoices and team reports.
Each plan also caps leads per form, 100 on Basic and 200 on Advance. Leads past the cap are still saved, so no buyer is lost, but their details stay hidden until you upgrade. Busy launches usually need Advance or more forms.
An example week
A Week of Enquiries at a Two-Project Developer
This is an illustration of how a developer with two projects and six sales people might use AliveCRM, not a customer story.
- Monday. A weekend ad campaign brings 40 enquiries for Project A. Round-robin shares them across its three sales people as they arrive.
- Monday. Each rep calls or sends a WhatsApp greeting from the lead. The dashboard shows which enquiries are still waiting.
- Tuesday. A broker sends a portal export. The admin imports the CSV and duplicates of Monday's buyers are flagged.
- Thursday. Eight buyers agree to visit. Each visit goes on the calendar with the site engineer as a guest.
- Saturday. Two buyers ask for a cost sheet. The rep sends a quotation PDF and sets a reminder for Monday.
Honest limits
What AliveCRM Does Not Do for Real Estate
AliveCRM manages enquiries up to the booking. It does not sync automatically with 99acres, MagicBricks or Housing.com, so portal leads arrive by CSV import or manual entry. It has no unit, tower or floor inventory, payment schedules, demand letters, RERA documents or channel partner portal. WhatsApp opens a chat on your phone; it does not send bulk messages or run a chatbot.

FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
The best one is the CRM your sales team actually updates. For a small builder or broker, that usually means one list of enquiries per project, automatic assignment, quick call and WhatsApp follow-up and site visit scheduling, at a price that does not grow with every user. AliveCRM is built around exactly that.
Not automatically. AliveCRM has no direct portal integration. Export leads from the portal as a CSV and import them, up to 2,000 rows per file, with duplicates flagged, or add hot leads by hand. Your own website and ad landing page forms feed AliveCRM directly.
Yes, on Basic and above. Set an auto-assignment rule for each project with its own pool of sales people, using round-robin, least busy, random or a fixed owner. Any lead can still be reassigned by hand.
On Advance and Premium, a WhatsApp button on each lead opens a chat in your own WhatsApp with a greeting naming your company and the project, and logs the contact. It does not use the WhatsApp Business API, so it cannot send broadcasts or automatic messages.
Yes. Indian companies pay in INR through Razorpay or Cashfree. Basic is ₹1,899 a month for up to 5 users and Advance is ₹4,899 a month for up to 15 users, as listed on the pricing page in October 2026.
